Delivery:
Most orders are dispatched within 7 days. Please allow up to 14 days for bespoke and personalised items.

International / Non- UK Delivery:
We are able to deliver to NON UK countries, (Including ROI) but please contact us BEFORE ordering to discuss shipping costs.

Returns:
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or a refund. Please keep in original packaging. Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and packing. You must send the item back within 7 working days of receiving it. Once returned we will issue you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

Please note: Under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act – Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

Faulty Goods:

If the goods you receive from us are faulty you will receive a full refund (including delivery charges) or a replacement (your choice).

Please allow 14 days for your replacement or refund to be processed. If you are paying by cheque please allow an extra 7 days for delivery. If your payment was by credit card your bill will show payment to Golfmaid. Monies will be refunded to the original payment card used.

Golfmaid’s reputation is built on satisfied customers. It is very important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, simply contact us and we will provide you with a refund or replacement.

We recommend that you obtain insurance and proof of posting as we do not take responsibility for parcels in transit from customers.
